Sous Chef, Kitty Fisher's

We are currently seeking a Sous Chef to join the team at Kitty Fisher’s, Mayfair. This is a critical senior leadership role where you will support our new Head Chef and help guide a tight-knit brigade. It’s a brilliant opportunity for a talented chef ready to step up to a fresh challenge in a celebrated Central London restaurant.

The role:

• Lead and support the kitchen team during busy services, ensuring that all dishes are executed to the highest standards.
• Working closely alongside the Head Chef you will be responsible for ensuring the quality, consistency, development and delivery of the menu and you will share the reigns running this small but ambitious kitchen.
• Responsible for many aspects of kitchen management which include: ordering, stock control, food & health safety compliance, people management and development

Our ideal candidate:

• Previous experience at Sous or Junior Sous level within a similar high-quality restaurant environment.
• Highly organised, reliable and self-motivated with excellent attention to detail.
• Passionate about food, creative, driven by seasonality.
• A positive attitude and a strong team-player.
• Fluent spoken English and the legal right to live and work in the UK

Once upon a time we won Restaurant of the Year and Best Front of House at the GQ Food & Drink Awards and in 2018 we opened our beautiful sister restaurant Cora Pearl in Covent Garden.
