Our ‘way’ is very much about not taking yourself too seriously, remembering that ultimately we are cooking and serving people their tea, but in the best possible way. Simply, we treat people to the dinner we would like to be treated to, talk to people the way that we would like to be spoken to, it’s our house and the customer is coming to it to have a great time – let’s give them that.
You’ll work closely with site teams, building confidence, sharing knowledge, and celebrating wins (big and small). Your focus will be on making sure every shift feels supported and purposeful, with a high bar for food, drink, and hospitality.
Organisation and time management will help you stay close to what matters, visiting sites regularly and giving time where it’s needed most. When standards shift or issues crop up, you’ll be the one calmly making sure the right people know and the right actions follow.
Despite an operational role inevitably dealing with data, function and process, we underpin everything with being approachable and human. If we want our teams to bring energy and care to every customer, we have to bring it to them first.
