Acre is now open on Golborne Road, and we’re looking for an experienced, service-loving General Manager to lead from the front. Working closely with our Head of Operations, you will help ensure an exceptional guest experience, excellent communication and organisation, and a happy team.
We are looking to go next level, and the salary reflects this.
Your key responsibilities:
– Inspire and empower the FOH team through training, mentoring, and leading by example. Bring a motivational, guest-focused energy to each service!
– Ensure knowledge of the teams is high and supported with regular trainings.
– Full ownership of the P&L for Acre, you know your staff costs, GP % and have a strong grasp of variable cost control with a proactive approach to sales and costs.
– Lead on recruitment, onboarding, and structured team development.
– Help foster a supportive team culture with clear SOPs and development plans.
– Oversight of all due diligence.
