THE ROLE

Overseeing service across every space – from the buzzing restaurant and elegant lounges to intimate private dining rooms and member events – this role is about creating atmosphere, flow, and unforgettable experiences. As Head Waiter you are constantly visible on the floor, orchestrating service with quiet authority, making sure every detail feels effortless and every guest is made to feel personally known. You lead by example, guiding and mentoring the team while also stepping forward as host, greeting members by name, remembering their favourite table, their cocktail of choice, or a small detail from their last visit. No two days are the same: one evening you might be choreographing a seamless multi-course wine dinner, the next curating special touches for a member’s celebration, or ensuring a last-minute event runs with polish and precision.
