General Manager, The Culpeper

We are seeking an experienced hospitality professional to lead our flagship pub, The Culpeper, in the heart of Spitalfields. The Culpeper is a restored East End Victorian pub over four floors, including a pub on the ground floor, a French bistro on the first floor, five bedrooms on the second floor, and a roof garden and wood-fired grill on the top floor. The Culpeper is part of The Culpeper Family Hospitality Group, a family of four pubs and a small farm in Deptford.

About the Role:

This is a hands-on role where you’ll manage daily operations, provide outstanding guest experiences, and drive both sales and workplace culture across all floors. You will enjoy significant autonomy and receive strong support from finance, operations and marketing teams. You will collaborate with the senior management team, including the Head Chef, to ensure all menus are seasonal, delicious, well-sourced and offer great value at all times.
