Pollen Street Social is Jason Atherton’s first UK solo restaurant, and was named the best new UK restaurant by the Good Food Guide, and the best new fine-dining restaurant in London by Time Out. It currently holds one Michelin star, which it gained within 6 months of opening.
We are currently looking for a dedicated and ambitious Pastry Demi Chef de Partie to join our team. You will have a real drive and a passion for exceptional food. As a Demi Chef de Partie, your duties would include assisting the Head Chef and Sous Chefs in the preparation and service of food, at all times ensuring that the highest standards are maintained and that the kitchen areas, equipment and utensils are always kept clean and tidy.
To join us, you will have;
– At least 6 months experience working in a similar restaurant as a Demi Chef de Partie
