General Manager, Hispi
Hispi is a well-established neighbourhood bistro in Didsbury, with a fantastic reputation. Part of the Elite Bistros group, which also includes Sticky Walnut, Burnt Truffle, Wreckfish, Pinion & Kala. The restaurant has been awarded 2 AA Rosettes for the quality of its food, with a great list of wines by the glass chosen to match the menu.
We are now looking for a General Manager to take overall responsibility for the management of the restaurant, making sure that guests are happy, developing the front of house team, and ultimately ensuring a profitable business. This is a hands-on role, which requires a love of food, drink and looking after people.
There’s plenty of benefits such as 50% off dining and an equal share of all tips, but you’ll also find yourself in a supportive environment with opportunities to develop and progress. Salary of £35,000 with tips bringing OTE to over £40,000 per year.
