Front of House, The Water House Project
The Water House Project is a vibrant and intimate dining experience in Bethnal Green next to Regents Canal. We serve a seasonally changing 10 course tasting menu paired with low intervention wines.
We are a small but mighty team of four chefs, three front of house and one kitchen porter. We work a four day week (Wednesday – Saturday) with 5 services, four evening services and one Saturday lunch service.
We’re looking for someone to join our Front of House team in a dynamic, fast paced, multi tasking role involving opening and closing duties, receiving guests, food and wine service as well as table-side explanations.

Typical working week – 32 – 40 hours
- Wednesday – 3pm – 11.30pm
- Thursday – 3pm – 11.30pm
- Friday – 3pm – 11.30pm
- Saturday – 10am – 11.30pm
