Chef de Partie, Bocca di Lupo
We’re looking for a strong Chef de Partie to join a busy, quality-driven Italian kitchen in the heart of Soho.
Pay starts from £16.91 per hour, rising to £19.49 per hour for a Senior CDP (DOE). Based on a 48-hour week, this equates to £42k–£48.6k per annum, inclusive of service charge. Pay is hourly, with all overtime paid.
The rota is structured and sustainable: one double shift, four singles and two days off per week.
You’ll be cooking with exceptional Italian and UK ingredients, supported by ongoing hands-on training, supplier visits and clear progression within a long-standing, friendly brigade.
This role suits a Chef de Partie who is looking for stability and long-term development, rather than frequent moves. We’re keen to speak to chefs who can demonstrate solid time spent in previous kitchens and a commitment to seeing roles through.
You’ll have proven experience working as a Chef de Partie (or strong Junior CDP ready to step up) in a fast-paced, quality-focused restaurant, with the ability to stay calm, organised and consistent under pressure.
Personality-wise, we’re looking for someone reliable, switched on and proud of their work. You’ll work well as part of a brigade, communicate clearly, take feedback on board and contribute positively to the atmosphere in the kitchen.
Benefits include health and wellbeing support, additional holiday for service, a 50% staff dining discount and the option to buy food and wine at cost price.
A strong opportunity for a Chef de Partie who cares about proper cooking and high standards, thrives in a busy, demanding kitchen, and is confident working under pressure.
