The Role

As Pizza Chef at Bing Bong, you’ll bring skill, focus, and care to the kitchen. Working closely with the Development Head Chef, you’ll play a key part in delivering consistent, high-quality pizzas, maintaining kitchen standards, and contributing to new ideas and specials that keep things fresh.

What You’ll Be Responsible For

Prep & Service: Mastering dough handling, stretch, topping, and oven cook – every pizza, every time
Consistency: Following recipes and specs to keep standards sky high, even on the busiest shifts
Quality Control: Spotting issues before they hit the pass – you’re your own toughest critic
Clean Kitchen, Clear Head: Keeping work areas tidy, following food safety rules, and taking pride in your space
Stock & Waste: Helping with stock rotation and minimising waste – we care about efficiency and sustainability
Teamwork: Working closely with your fellow chefs and FOH to keep service smooth and energy high
Innovation: Supporting the Development Head Chef in testing new ideas, giving feedback, and contributing to menu development
