hicce is the creation of Pip Lacey & Gordy McIntyre based in Coal Drops Yard, Kings Cross.

We opened our door in Nov 2018 and have managed to grow over the last year with the introduction of our market and courtyard terrace.

Job Description:

As an assistant General Manager, we want you to come to work with a smile and leave feeling proud of what we have achieved.

Key responsibilities include creating, engaging and training the team to deliver a confident, informative, professional service consistently. Our business is based on the strength of our people from top to bottom, so your role will be integral with regards to instilling a positive, progressive culture within the team.

The Ideal Candidate:

• Previous AGM experience working in a high-volume restaurant environment
• Excellent communication skills and an inspiring leader who leads by example
• Knows how to train and develop a team
• Passionate about food, wine & hospitality
• Friendly and upbeat personality able to think on your feet in order to solve problems
