At the heart of our business is our restaurant sector. As we continue to grow, we are looking for a commercially driven and passionate foodie who would love to move out of the hospitality industry into a sales account management role – or a talented and experienced sales account manager – to champion our finest foods to some of our finest customers in the hospitality sector.
About the Role:
As the Account Manager for Restaurant Sales, you will play a key role in driving the growth and success of Brindisa’s foods and ingredients. With your knowledge of the industry and a passion for quality foods, you will work closely with all teams to generate demand, and build lasting relationships with both new and existing customers.
Key responsibilities include:
· Delight us with your genuine passion and love for Spanish ingredients and the gastronomy of Spain.
· Thrive on building relationships and securing business with restaurants, hotels, hospitality venues and catering businesses nationwide.
· Identify new business opportunities and drive sales growth to develop and expand our wholesale network.
· Ensure a ‘best in class’ customer service experience journey, tailoring product to meet customer needs and ensure ongoing sales, support and customer care.
· Drive growth and retention of accounts, ensuring long term partnerships which align with Brindisa’s core culture and values.
· Be commercially astute, manage targets, and be driven by delivering results and increasing sales opportunities with regular performance updates.
· Work collaboratively across the wider B2B Sales Department, and cross functionally with buying, supply chain and warehouse to ensure customers receive a high- quality product with seamless service.
About You:
The ideal candidate will either be a professional chef or come from a sales or account management background. You will be someone who is driven by a genuine passion for food, and delivering exceptional customer experiences. You will take pride in developing and executing strategies that drive sales.
You will also:
Be a passionate advocate for cooking and ingredients with the ability to share your expertise and inspire others.
Have a deep appreciation for Spanish gastronomy and the culture behind it.
Be ambitious, competitive and someone who loves selling to customers.
Demonstrate strong communication skills, with a collaborative approach to working across teams.

If successful, we offer:
A competitive salary of £40,000-£50,000 DOE plus annual bonus
Working hours Monday to Friday 8am-5pm
Flexibility, primarily office based in Balham with opportunities for hybrid working on successful completion of probationary period
28 days holiday pay, rising to 33 days (pro-rated for part-time)
