We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Bar Manager to join the senior management team and take us into 2020 and beyond.

Job Description:

The Bar Manager will be central in assisting the General Manager and Assistant Manager in ensuring the smooth operations of the business. From setting the highest standards of customer service, developing the wet offering, leading training and ensuring optimum bar efficiency to leading the delivery of events, the role will be very much service focussed. You will cover the management of the three main bars of service, assist with looking after a large team and develop skills looking at the business as a whole. Working closely with the senior management team and Directors, this is an ideal role for someone looking for a step up in the hospitality world.
