Bar Manager, Brindisa

We are looking for a Bar Manager to join us at the latest Tapas Brindisa in our beautiful riverside restaurant in Richmond.  A passion for hospitality with knowledge in wine and cocktails desirable and love of Spanish drinks, food and culture a bonus!

Brindisa Kitchens are an independent group of Spanish restaurants with 5 Tapas Restaurants and 1 Kitchen Bar in some of London’s most desirable destinations. With a combination of classic and more innovative tapas and a variety of dining spaces from counter dining to booths, we ourselves on providing a relaxed, authentic Spanish atmosphere typical of tapas bars in Spain. We use locally sourced, seasonal fresh ingredients and specialist Spanish produce from small family suppliers and producers via our sister company Brindisa.
