Whole Beast is a small but fast-growing restaurant built around a bold idea: celebrating the whole animal with a creative, produce-led menu that champions craft, sustainability and serious flavour. Since opening in late 2025, we have been described as one of London’s most exciting openings, and we are only just getting started.
Our menu is distinctive and ingredient-driven, showcasing thoughtful butchery, inventive dishes and a kitchen that respects every cut. It is ambitious food, grounded in care and collaboration.
