Location: Office based (Soho, London) with option to work from home up to two days per week
Salary: £50K dependant on experience

We’re looking for someone to work as a lead creative on The Good Food Guide. Working closely with the brand director and the wider editorial team, you’ll deliver a multi-channel content strategy that drives brand awareness, engagement and membership growth. You’ll take ownership of commissioning, writing and editing standout food content, collaborate with chefs, restaurateurs and expert contributors, and play a key role in bringing major campaigns, memberships and events to life across web, app, email and social.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver a multi-channel editorial programme that drives brand awareness, engagement and membership growth, aligned to business KPIs.
- Lead the execution of brand editorial content (commissioning, writing, editing and publishing) across web, email and social channels.
- Work closely with the Brand Director, Editor of The Guide and wider team to ensure consistent, high-quality editorial output and effective use of contributors.
- Manage key content channels, including website, newsletters and social, ensuring content is optimised for performance and growth.
- Ensure major Good Food Guide campaigns are supported by a clear and effective editorial programme across the year.
- Develop and deliver compelling editorial content for Good Food Guide members, including exclusive and members only formats.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, partnerships and events to support wider business objectives.
