Bartender at Din Tai Fung UK

We are looking for a passionate & friendly Bartender to join our Din Tai Fung UK family at Covent Garden and the new opening inside London Selfridges!

Responsibilities:

  • Mix beverages using an extensive range of ingredients
  • Strong knowledge of the menu and preparation of drinks
  • Providing top service to the guests, ability to answer questions on our menus and make recommendations
  • Assist to check identification cards and verify legal age requirements for all customers
  • Responsible for upkeeping of cleanliness of the bar and work area
  • Keep a well-stocked bar with an adequate supply of spirits, mixers, glassware, etc.
  • Prepare garnishes for drinks
  • To be a respectful and professional presence
  • Reporting complaints to the manager
  • Maintaining the standards set for service by the Bar Manager

Requirements:

  • Training or Experience with Bartending
  • Knowledge in alcoholic beverages
  • Ability to operate a computer or till system
