Sous chef, Lyon's Seafood
We are a modern neighborhood seafood & wine bar looking for a strong, self-motivated Sous Chef to assist the smooth running of our kitchen alongside our Head Chef.
Our menu changes seasonally and uses the best quality products we can get our hands-on. Influences of Japanese and Nordic cuisine are seen throughout our menu.
This is the perfect role to progress in all areas of the kitchen and be involved with menu development.
We are looking for someone with at least 1-year experience as a Sous Chef or Senior Chef De Partie.
Lyon’s was recently awarded a plate in the Michelin Guide and nominated for Best Fish & Seafood restaurant in the Harden’s London Restaurant Awards 2021.
We are closed Sundays & Mondays.
