    The Role
    We are looking for a talented and motivated Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team at Lighthouse Social.

    This is a fantastic opportunity for a chef who enjoys working with fresh ingredients in a busy, professional kitchen while continuing to develop their skills. You will take responsibility for your own section and play an important role in maintaining the quality and consistency of our food.

    Key Responsibilities
    • Running and maintaining your section during service
    • Preparing and presenting dishes to a consistently high standard
    • Supporting the Sous Chef and Head Chef with daily kitchen operations
    • Maintaining excellent food hygiene and health and safety standards
    • Assisting with stock control and reducing waste
    • Working collaboratively with the kitchen team to deliver smooth service
    • Contributing ideas towards seasonal menus and specials

    About You
    • Experience as a Chef de Partie or strong Commis Chef in a quality restaurant or hospitality environment
    • Passion for seasonal ingredients and fresh cooking
    • Ability to remain calm and organised during busy services
    • Strong team player with a positive attitude
    • Good knowledge of food safety and kitchen hygiene standards
    • Eagerness to learn and develop within a growing hospitality environment
