About Us:

Prufrock Coffee is a busy cafe based in Central London. We pride ourselves on delivering quality. Delicious seasonal food, training and education, friendly service, and of course, coffee.

We are looking for full-time Head Chef who can lead a small team, is motivated and focused on seasonal and delicious food.

Job Role will include but is not limited to:

Day to day running of the kitchen
Creating the menu using seasonal, local produce
Leading and motivating a small team
Maintaining relationships with suppliers
Managing kitchen environment
Adhere to all food safety, hygiene and health and safety regulations
Monthly reporting and stocktake
Monitoring costs and waste control

Requirements:

● Passionate about food and hospitality

● Attention to detail

● Excellent communication skills

● Self-directed workload and time management skills

● Strong work ethic with a desire to exceed expectations both internally and externally

● Prior experience leading a small team

● Clear understanding of general food law

The successful candidate will get:
