About Us:
We are a small and aspirational group of three restaurants and a bakery focused on traditional, hand-made cooking techniques and old fashioned, attentive table service. Our focus on Italian cooking started the UK’s recent craze for “pasta-only” restaurants, and all three of our sites have been consistently recognised in National Press Restaurant awards in the last 4 years.
Job Description:
We are looking for an HR Qualified professional who has operational experience of the Hospitality sector. We are building a new interactive Human Resources function to build on our impressive history of talent development and progression, and to add an employee welfare function that will make us industry leaders in this area.
The Ideal Candidate:
· Has HR experience at CIPD diploma level 5 or equivalent
· A desire to help young, enthusiastic and hard working people get the best out of themselves.
· An understanding of how to use technology to best interact with people, without becoming over reliant on it.
· An ability to communicate a message succinctly, and how to check whether the message has been understood.
· A relentless positivity and drive to see a project through.
· A passion for cooking, food provenance, seasonality, animal welfare & farming standards, and understanding their link to food quality.
