Goodbye Horses is a wine bar on a leafy street between Dalston and Islington. It is part of a space divided into a wine bar and a coffee shop with a really nice garden.
The small kitchen follows a sharing plates format, the menu is a creative and fun approach to cooking and uses the best seasonal produce available, with an emphasis on minimising waste where possible, in an approachable and engaging way.
We are looking for a Chef de Partie to join our team.
- Responsibilities include
- Assisting senior chefs in teams supervision
- Training less senior chefs
- Managing inventory, deliveries and food waste
- Being dynamic and adaptable to different stations
- Good communication and leadership skills
- Be trained in executing dishes to a high standard
