Stable Wines is a new wine shop in Islington from the team that brought you Goodbye Horses and The Dreamery. Our cavernous basement has a small kitchen and bar and we are seeking a Junior Sous Chef to come in and work closely with the Head Chef.
Responsibilities include
- Managing prep schedules
- Leading shifts and services
- Managing stock levels, ordering supplies and minimising waste
- Maintaining strict cleanliness and ensuring compliance with health & safety regulations (HACCP)
- Assisting with recipe development, menu planning, and ensuring adherence to specifications.
