    Nutshell is a Michelin Plate awarded restaurant and it has been voted one of top 10 restaurants in London for 2019 by The Nudge and featured on multiple publications including Guardian feast, Conde Nast Traveller, Vanity Fair, Telegraph, Evening Standard, BBC radio and more.

    Nutshell has two kitchen, prep kitchen and open kitchen, both fully equipped with modern and new kitchen equipment. The open kitchen will dominate the atmosphere of the ground floor and customer interaction with the chefs during service will add to the fun as well as feed the professionalism required for a modern contemporary relaxed dining experience.

    The menu features flavours from Iran presented in tune with today’s trends and served as small plates ideal for sharing. There will be a strong focus on seasonality, freshness, high quality and locally sourced produce; and there is plenty of room for creativity.

    The restaurant has 84 covers split over two floors in a contemporary environment which makes it ideal for special occasions and quick meals as well. is placed in theatreland and located just next to Trafalgar Square and The National Gallery.

    Nutshell is looking for passionate and creative chefs looking for a new and exciting opportunity to join our team in different positions; as Junior Sous Chef, Pastry Chef, Chef de Partie and Kitchen Porter to support our Head Chef in running and managing a kitchen with a team of chefs in a high volume kitchen. We are looking for candidates with previous experience in a kitchen serving 60+ customers at a given time; capable of working as a team member.
