    The Chamberlayne has an opportunity for a passionate Head Chef at the top of their game to come and join our team.

    We are part of an independent pub company operating a collection of eight Gastro Pubs, set in central and SW London locations, offering a seasonal menu, with a focus on using well sourced and fresh ingredients.

    We are looking for:

    1.Experience at Head Chef level. Leading a team in a high volume site, preferably at a pub with a focus on British seasonal food.

    2.Be a natural leader, able to inspire and drive your kitchen team by example with attention to detail and the ability to organise and manage workload effectively.

    3.Run a profitable business with a creative brain to come up with new dishes within budget.

    4.Passionate about all things food and hospitality.

    We offer:

    1.Competitive salary based on experience and TRONC share.

    2.Pension and bonus scheme

    3.Discounts across the group: 50% on food / 20% on drink

    4.Paid overtime

    5.Staff meal and beverage
