Annual salary: £35k – £37k

Lucky and Joy has been a neighbourhood staple in Clapton for nearly 6 years.  Our food aims to capture the bold and vibrant flavours of Chinese regional cooking whilst celebrating the diversity of the country’s cuisines, produce and techniques.

Job description

–              Work within a tightly knit team to deliver delicious food of an excellent standard consistently throughout the week.

–              R&D new dishes and assist head chef in menu planning for our everchanging menu

–              Manage kitchen cleanliness and maintain high standards of hygiene and practices in line with our 5* EHO rating.

Skills and Experience

–              Proven experience in a CDP role

–              Passion for food and great service

–              Ability to work seamlessly within a tightly knit team

–              A love for researching, developing and creating new dishes

–              An appetite to learn and grow within the role and the company
