    We are looking for a Creative Manager to join Ennismore’s Carte Blanched team. The role will support our Creative department in crafting new restaurant brands in hotels around the world, from concept to execution and opening.

    Carte Blanched are Ennismore’s specialist in-house food and beverage studio, they are responsible for programme the F&B spaces across all of the different hotel brands globally. Our mission is to create extraordinary drinking and dining destinations in each of our properties, as well as places that have an independent mindset, while ensuring they are relevant to the local markets and working with best-in-class partners where necessary. 

    What you’ll do…

    • Update our pitch documents and brand decks to ensure they are looking tip top.
    • Ensure each brand launches with the best foot forward when it comes to brand experience
    • Support the team on briefing key stakeholders on concepts
    • Brainstorm creative ways to ensure our restaurant, bars and nightlife stay ahead of the game
    • Help guide social media strategy including, TOV for new and existing restaurant launches
    • Spin plates – with 121 projects globally you’ll need to be able to zig zag on demand

    What we’re looking for…

    • InDesign skills and/or an understanding of creative content tools
    • Be able to spot the difference between a super fly photograph and one which doesn’t do the brand any favours
    • Have a passion for all things hospitality especially food and drink
    • Have experience managing social media channels
    • Eagle eyes – amazing attention to detail
    • Be able to write great copy
    • You’re looking for a place where you can be you; no clones in suits here
