Over thirty years later, Bill’s relaxed, friendly, and infectious joy in good, fresh food has become truly global, and is enjoyed in London, Sydney, Tokyo and Seoul.

An Overview of Responsibilities:

·       This position is responsible for ensuring the consistency of the food offering within our UK restaurants, it reports directly to the Managing Director.

·        The successful applicant will work closely with the chef responsible for our menu development who is based in Australia.

·       You will have exceptional communication skills to be able to articulate the needs of our UK customers whilst ensuring that we deliver menus which align with our overall brand values and identity.

·       You are ingredient led and will be responsible for upholding and nurturing supplier relationships with the brand’s sustainability ethos in mind.

·       You will be accountable for the consistency of food produced across all our UK restaurants, ensuring that dishes always reflect the Granger & Co. brand image.

·       You will be a skilled trainer of chefs with positive influencing skills and the ability to coach and develop our kitchen teams.

The Ideal Candidate:

·       Previous experience as a Group Head Chef or Executive Head Chef managing a high volume, fast paced casual fine dining concept.

·       Multi-site experience is essential.

·       International experience is desirable.

·       You are outgoing, energetic, positive and have the personality and passion to motivate teams and build a strong work ethic.

·       You are a strong commercial operator.
