MEATliquor is a small (ish), independently owned Bar & Diner group, based primarily in London, but with sites in Brighton and Leeds. We are hungry for highly ambitious & experienced Managers to expand on our current teams, to join us in smashing patties, shaking hard liquor and having some fun along the way.

Main Responsibilities:
Day to day operation of the restaurant
Recruit, train and nurture their team to success
Drive revenue and utilise the company provided tools to maximise profits
Ensure they reach target for both revenue and cost of sales
Implement marketing and promotional campaigns to help benefit the site or company
Stay one step ahead and always strive to improve the business
Oversee the kitchen and bar departments as well as the site as a whole
Report to their Operations manager and Head Office
Remain compliant in all areas of HR and health and safety
Complete tasks set from senior management within the allotted time frame
Assisting the management team with other daily duties upon request
