What We're After

We are looking for an innovative, ebullient, self-starter to join our creative team at The Hush Collection, one of London’s most exciting boutique restaurant groups. 

We have a fantastic opportunity for the right person to bring fresh eyes in a new role to our dynamic and exciting group of restaurants.

Working under the Head of Brand & Marketing, and closely with the sales manager and GMs, along with the passionate founder and CEO, this is a chance for an all-round marketing super star to get stuck in and really make this role their own. They will work across our collection of brands (Hush, Haché and Cabana) to drive multi-channel marketing, being the ‘voice’ of the brands to create engaging campaigns across both digital and ‘traditional’ marketing platforms.

What You'll Be Up To

The Group Marketing Manager Will: -     Own the marketing calendar across all brands, championing new opportunities for revenue growth and plan, manage and execute marketing campaigns. Whether it’s the launch of a courtyard activation at Hush, a chef burger collaboration at Haché or the creation of a barbecue kit of Cabana, they will have their finger on the pulse of what is going on in the company and bring new ideas to the table. -        Be the ‘voice’ of the brand, running inspiring social media channels, creating engaging email campaigns and newsletters across our reservations system and email marketing platform. They will bring new eyes and ears to our brands whilst keeping loyal customer love. They will be comfortable working with influencers, either expanding our ‘home grown’ pool or working with partners to bring exciting UGC to our doors. -        Be tech-savvy; at home with social channels, e-commerce and user-friendly websites, working with our sales managers and GMs to drive revenue. They will outsource content creation or digital support as needed and not be afraid to champion new ideas or products. They will have ownership of the brand websites, ensuring the content is update at all times. -        Be a ‘hustler’; confident in their ability to work independently, but not afraid to raise a hand when necessary

Who You'll Be

The Ideal Candidate Will: -      Write beautiful copy! The ability to spin a good sentence is a must. -        Have an aesthetic eye. From eye-catching grid posts to signing off a great looking poster, our imaginative manager will have a sense of how to make things pop. -        Be ready to roll their sleeves up. We are already an established group but have big, exciting plans for the future. This is an amazing opportunity to grow with the company but a ‘can do’ attitude is essential. -        Innovate! We value creativity and love to be impressed. -        Have a solid marketing background. They should be comfortable with both digital and print media and have experience of running brand channels. Hospitality experience is fantastic but not a must.
