Commis/Chef De Partie, Whole Beast

We are looking for someone to join our team on a part time basis, 20 hours a week over 2.5  days. With a future option of full time.

We are looking for someone who is keen to learn smoking and cooking over live fire, butchery, service & prep.

Trial shifts and interviews will be arranged for the same day. Pay is above the industry average. Staff food on shifts and 50% off food on your days off.
