Bartender, The Social Company

To perform all duties relating to the opening and closing of the bar, allowing efficient and proactive service

To uphold good housekeeping and cleaning practices to ensure a safe, clean and pleasant environment

To be aware of bar stock levels including glassware, utensils and alcohol

To ensure correct care is taken of furniture and fixtures within the bar area reporting any problems to the Bar Manager or Assistant Bar Manager

To meet, greet and interact with guests in a professional and efficient manner ensuring full guest satisfaction in the bar

To prepare and serve all beverages for guests in a timely fashion and according to Company standards, bar recipes and licensing laws

To participate in the creative process of the development of the cocktail menu

To perform all cashier related duties according to Company policies whilst ensuring that guests receive bills in a prompt and accurate manner

To perform daily cleaning of the bar area

To carry out reasonable requests by your Managers
