Europe’s original Nobu restaurant, Nobu London on Old Park Lane, is currently recruiting team members for various positions, to join our global family.  

About Us:

Nobu Restaurant Group is part of a globally renowned brand, founded by chef Nobuyuki Matsuhisa, and actor Robert de Niro. With over 47 restaurants around the world, and a growing hotel business, Nobu is a name synonymous with dependable luxury, and genre-defining cuisine.

Nobu London has been a London institution since 1997, located on Old Park Lane in the heart of Mayfair. For 25 years we have been delivering exceptional service and inspired cuisine, blending Japanese ingredients with Peruvian influence.

Vacancies:

~ Front-of-house (£9.50 per hour, plus service charge):

  • Bar Back (part time or full time)
  • Bartender (part time or full time)
  • Commis Waiters / Waitresses (full time)
  • Waiters / Waitresses (full time)

~ Back-of-house (based on a 48-hour week):

  • Commis Chef — £26,000
  • Demi Chef de Partie — £28,000
  • Chef de Partie — £30,000
