About Us:
Opening for Frieze 2017, Rochelle Bar and Canteen sits within the Institute of Contemporary Arts in a clean space made up of white lines and daylight. An ode to modern simplicity, the restaurant seats up to 60 and connects to both our bars.
Job Description:
· Oversee daily operations
· Creating weekly rotas and training new staff
· Managing private hires of the restaurant
· Communicating effectively with all departments
· Overseeing month end tasks (e.g. Stocktake)
· Regularly updating social media accounts, running Resy booking system and replying to email enquiries
The Ideal Candidate:
· Experienced in the hospitality industry
· Enthusiastic, positive and motivated
· Strong communication and leadership skills
· Organised, able to multitask and show initiative
· Well-presented and personable
· Passion for food and wine
