About Us:

Allegra has a growing reputation in the London restaurant scene, setting a standard of quality in Stratford and the wider East London area. We are looking for a Restaurant Manager to lead our young, creative and ambitious team. You need to love food, wine and making people happy. Experience is essential alongside a commitment and love for true, genuine hospitality.

We need a leader that remains calm under pressure, has charm, energy and enthusiasm and communicates like no-one else. The role demands a hands on approach where guest and team interaction are prerequisites. You will work hand in hand with Executive Chef Patrick Powell in showcasing the food offering and continuously developing the business. Experience in building and maintaining a restaurant P&L is essential.

You must have a permanent interest in food, wine and the London restaurant scene, with an eye to learning and teaching others around you. The role demands an intimate knowledge of all food, wine and beverage on offer as well as detailed knowledge of regular guests and the foresight to develop and foster new relationships with future patrons.

The Ideal Candidate:

· Two years experience in a similar role, in a quality restaurant

· Genuine enthusiasm for hotels and our industry

· Proactive and positive attitude at all times

· Organised, with a keen eye for detail

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills
