The Role:
We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager who can establish and build relationships within London’s vibrant food & restaurant scene. You will Identify & ensure we have a constant supply of leads, in line with SUPPER’s brand values, be comfortable pitching to both restaurant groups & independents, while leading new partners through the on-boarding process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and shape the structure of the sales strategy
- Identify cuisine & location gaps in our offering
- Establish and build key partner relationships
- Lead new partners through the on-boarding process
- Opportunity to lead a team of sales agents as the business scales
Requirements:
- Educated to degree level or equivalent
- A minimum of 3 years sales experience, building strong relationships with external partners
- Solid communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong negotiating skills
- Highly organised
- Confident in setting your own workload
- Positive attitude
- A passion for food, trends and London’s restaurant scene is essential
- An existing network of contacts within London’s food & restaurant industry a bonus
