Restaurant PR (Account Manager & Account Executive), Goya Comms

Goya is looking for two food-obsessed individuals to join the team, an Account Manager and an Account Executive, to work with our roster of chef talent based around the UK from our offices in Shoreditch. Current clients include the Simon Rogan Group (L’Enclume), Roberta Hall-McCarron (The Little Chartroom), Santiago Lastra (KOL), Rafael Cagali (Da Terra) & Harriet Mansell (Robin Wylde).

The Account Manager will take responsibility for the day-to-day running of multiple hospitality accounts, oversee the junior members of the team, help to shape strategic comms strategies (from high-profile launch campaigns to one-off projects), pitch and secure media opportunities across a wide range of platforms, secure brand partnerships and private events, all whilst working to maintain and build on relationships with clients, press and the wider industry. The individual will also be involved in helping to identify and secure new business. A desire to become fully integrated in London’s hospitality scene is a must, as is a love for hosting and an aptitude for forging new contacts.

The candidate must have prior experience (2-4 years) in a hospitality comms agency and relevant contacts in the industry.

The Account Executive will be integral to managing ongoing press cuttings, research tasks, press and guests list as well as identifying new media opportunities and helping to form ideas for activations and press hooks. They will be passionate about food and restaurants, keen to integrate themselves within the industry, be familiar with food media, possess a strong writing ability as well as excellent attention to detail.

The roles will involve some UK travel, 25 days holiday a year (excluding bank holidays), a monthly commission for bringing on new clients and the chance to join a flexible and creative working environment within a boutique agency representing some of the most exciting emerging and established chef talent across the UK.
