Established in 1985, Andrew Edmunds is considered one of the last bastions of ‘old Soho’. This 18th century town house has, for nearly forty years, attracted many loyal customers. A relaxed atmosphere, seasonal daily changing menu and famous but reasonably priced wine list have ensured our enduring popularity. We are searching for an enthusiastic, talented and motivated Chef de Partie to join our dynamic team, in our bright friendly kitchen.

Responsibilities

-Assist the Sous Chef & Head Chef with daily kitchen operations.
-Maintain the highest standards for quality, presentation, and cleanliness.
-Oversee and train junior cooks, ensuring proper technique and adherence to recipes.

-Ensure all health and safety regulations are followed.
-Lead by example and maintain a positive and professional work environment.
 

Qualifications

-Minimum 4 years’ experience as a Chef de Partie in a restaurant kitchen environment.
-Strong understanding of culinary techniques and principles.
-Experience with plating and presentation.
-Excellent organizational and time management skills.
-The ability to work calmly and effectively under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
-Strong communication skills.
-Proficient in knife skills and kitchen equipment operation.
-Passion for food and a commitment to continuous learning.
