We are now hiring a talented & well-rounded Chef de Partie that loves cooking with fresh ingredients all the while delivering beautiful and flavourful dishes.
You will be joining us at a very exciting time as we are updating and improving our menu and ready to expand and moving to a seasonal menu offering.
It is a great opportunity to join a small, tightly-knit and high performing team.
You are committed and passionate of being of service and creating value for our guests and team.
Among others you:
- have experience working in independent restaurants on all passes with a
minimum 2-3 years CDP experience. Knowledge of Greek/Mediterranean cuisine is great but not essential. - work with the team to improve our dishes, and produce new seasonal dish ideas
- will make sure all our ingredients are of highest quality
- will ensure all dishes sent out to our guests are of high quality and consistency
- communicate effectively with our lead chef for ordering ingredients or anything else that needs to be dealt with
- are on top of all your deep clean duties at all times
- are a great team player, effective communicator, and laid back!
