You will be joining teams with great passion and where there is an abundance of wine & food knowledge. We offer wine training on site, tastings & cost price wine.
THE ROLE IS DEPENDANT ON EXPERIENCE AND WILL BE BASED ON BETWEEN 30-40 HOURS PER WEEK WHICH COULD BE WORKED OVER THREE CONSECUTIVE DAYS AND ACCOMODATION PROVIDED. IT WOULD SUIT SOMEONE WHO LIVED IN BRISTOL OR SURROUNDING TOWNS AND WANTED TO WORK THE HOURS OVER A SHORT PERIOD OF TIME.
You should have at least 1-2 years experience in a front of house role.
Also expected :
Good Knowledge of wine.
A strong passion for delivering excellent customer service.
The ability to inspire others.
People Management skills.
Good attention to details whilst be able to work at pace.
Remain calm under pressure in a busy service environment.
Your role will consist of :
Initially running your own section.
Working up to being able to run a service & support the team.
Efficient set up of the restaurant & bar
Setting a strong example & training all new staff.

The role will depend on experience and will be based on between 30-42 hours per week. The salary is £15 per hour + monthly bonus.
