We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Manager to join our team. This role is pivotal in driving the Social Pantry brand forward, enhancing our market presence, and ensuring that our values and unique selling points are effectively communicated to a diverse audience.

Summary of Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Marketing Director in delivery the overall marketing strategy across all sectors of the business.
  • Oversee the creation and management of marketing campaigns, including digital, social media, print, and experiential marketing.
  • Lead brand positioning and messaging efforts to ensure consistent and compelling communication across all channels.
  • Collaborate with sales teams across the business to support revenue generation targets.
  • Analyse market trends, consumer insights, and competitive landscape to inform strategic decisions.
  • Produce monthly reporting on KPIs
  •  Support with account management of key accounts, including venues such as Tower Bridge and Design Centre, to deliver against contract and maximise success

What we’re looking for:

  • At least 3 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the hospitality or catering industry.
  • Examples of developing and executing successful marketing strategies and campaigns.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. A keen eye for detail.
  • A creative-thinker with a passion for innovation and sustainability.
  • Ability to analyse data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (inc Canva, MailChimp, Google, socials.)
