Happiness in Hospitality 2023 survey
Every year we run our Happiness in Hospitality survey, hearing from the people on the ground to build a picture of the state of the industry.
This year’s survey, sponsored by Toast, focuses on the future of the workforce. The pandemic has impacted the way people want to work and we’re digging into what people want from a career in hospitality today and which factors matter most to them.
The results will be gathered into an in-depth report for both operators and staff. It will highlight how we can collectively make our industry better and keep hospitality moving forward. Our survey is now closed.

T&Cs: One randomly selected participant will win a £150 voucher to spend in a CODE app venue. This voucher is only redeemable at a single venue listed on the CODE app and will need to be arranged directly with the CODE team. The closing date of the prize draw is 23:59 on 26 July 2023. Entries received outside this time period will not be considered. In order to be entered into the prize draw you will need to provide a valid email address on completion of the survey. The winner will be notified by email by 11 August. If a winner does not respond to CODE within 14 days of being notified by CODE, then the winner’s prize will be forfeited and CODE shall be entitled to select another winner. Only one entry per person.
