It’s one of London’s consistently popular restaurants and managed to split the team and run an outdoor spin-off this summer, so there will be cheering at the news that Tomos Parry’s BRAT, will be relighting the fires at the Climpson’s Arch site for a new collection-only menu. Helping to get us through lockdown 2.0, a selection of BRAT’s much-loved dishes will be on offer from this weekend.

For the wood-fired snacks and bread on the chalkboard menu – including greens & egg, burnt aubergine and grilled bread with lard – you can simply turn up and take away. You’ll have to plan ahead and pre-order some of the larger dishes, such as mutton sausage with blood pudding and beans, aged roast duck and Jersey beef chop. Don’t worry, the signature whole turbot is also on offer, as is *that* burnt cheesecake for dessert…

If you really want recreate the restaurant experience at home, you can also buy a selection of wines from the Brat Redchurch Street cellar- and better still, the front of house team will be on hand to offer you pairing advice.
