The Silver Birch to launch in Chiswick

Published 21 September 2020

We first wrote about fresh west London opening The Silver Birch in CODE Breaking, and now we have more details. Launching in October, the Chiswick High Road restaurant aims for an elevated, welcoming neighbourhood feel.

From first-time restaurateur and Leith’s alumnus Tim Price, the restaurant will be open from breakfast to dinner with Kimberly Hernandez heading the kitchen – most recently head chef at Xu and who has also worked at Kym’s.

Offering contemporary, seasonal dining in a relaxed setting, locals can expect coffees and pastries in the morning, light lunches and ‘a sophisticated dinner service.’ Hernandez says her aim is to”focus on food that makes people happy” by creating fresh and unfussy dishes.

With earthy and natural interiors, The Silver Birch also features a chef’s table with views into the kitchen ideal for private dining, as well as a year-round terrace.
