When brothers Gabriel Gonzalez and José-Luis opened Lima 2012, London’s appetite for Peruvian was flourishing. Within two years their refined dining won them the first Michelin-star ever awarded to a Peruvian restaurant and they went on to open Floral by Lima in Covent Garden. This sister restaurant is a slightly more laid-back affair than the original – somewhere you can stop in at for a few fresh plates of ceviche and warm beef empanadas, or equally make a night of it whilst giving the cocktail menu a good run through.
