Prep Chef, DOVER STREET COUNTER
As a Prep Chef, your primary role is to support the Head chef and sous chefs in the kitchen. You will assist with food preparation, cooking, and presentation, ensuring that dishes are prepared accurately and consistently following the Dover Street Counter Standards.

MAIN DUTIES
* Prepare mise en place under the guidance of the Kitchen managment, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and that food items are ready for service.
* Maintain cleanliness and organisation in the kitchen, including workstations, equipment, and storage areas, to facilitate efficient food preparation and service.
* Preparing and cooking dishes according to recipes and Dover Street Counter standards.
* Responsible for handling and storing ingredients properly, maintaining freshness, and adhering to food safety standards.
* To ensure good communication with all your colleagues and superiors.
* Prepared to attend every shift with all necessary equipment to carry out your duties.
* Carry out any reasonable request made by Management or senior Chefs.
