    About Us

The Chamling sisters have delved into their most cherished memories of making and enjoying momo’s with their family, who taught them how to make these miniature dumplings – from mixing, kneading and rolling the dough, making the filling, to learning the many ways to fold them. An occasion in itself, making momos is about more than sustenance; it’s about family connection.

“We have vivid memories of making momos with our family. We want to bring these home comforts and the attention to the momo-making process to London.”

We are looking for a General Manager to be part of helping us deliver our vision.
