    Restaurant Manager – Noah’s Bristol

A rare opportunity has arisen for a dynamic and experienced Restaurant Manager to join the team at Noah’s on Bristol’s harbourside. As Restaurant Manager, you will play an integral role in continuing to build its profile as a destination seafood restaurant for the UK as it sails into its third year.

You will be responsible for leading the team in delivering exceptional standards of guest service and ultimately ensuring the restaurant’s continued success. You will be comfortable in your ability to motivate and lead an ambitious team to achieve targets and goals and put your own stamp on learning and development programmes. You’ll be brimming with ideas and encouraged to run with them.

If you’re passionate about seafood and fish cookery and want to be part of a progressive team that works together to deliver the best possible hospitality to our diners, then this is your opportunity to help forge new paths and shape the Noah’s journey.

The role is 7 shifts and approximately 40-45 hours a week.

    About Us

The first standalone venture for husband-and-wife team Daniel and Joie Rosser, Noah’s has gone from strength to strength since its inception in May 2023.

Most recently, the family-run restaurant was awarded 2nd best Fish & Chip Restaurant in the UK at the National Fish & Chip Awards 2026, after coming 3rd in the same category in 2024.

The fish & chip restaurant and seafood kitchen has received glowing reviews from Grace Dent and Tom Parker Bowles in the national press and is no stranger to industry acclaim. Noah’s is included in the Good Food Guide, won a coveted spot on their ‘100 Best Local Restaurants’ list, has an AA Rosette, is Harden’s listed and is among the top 10% of restaurants worldwide, with a TripAdvisor Traveller’s Choice award. More locally, the team have brought home trophies from the Bristol, Bath & Somerset Tourism Awards, were thrilled to be named Best Restaurant at the Bristol Life Awards and is up for ‘Best Newcomer’ at the Trencherman’s Awards 2026.

Dan and Joie have breathed new life into this iconic Bristol venue and always set out to create a place that the people of Bristol are proud to have in their city. Having put down roots in Hotwells and the wider Bristol community over the last three years, they’re continually striving to build on Noah’s hard-earned reputation as a rising star on the local and national restaurant scene.
