We’re working on a new restaurant project opening in Central London later this summer.
An exciting concept with it’s roots grounded in what we do at Levan in Peckham. Built around great food, thoughtful hospitality, music, energy and a strong team culture.
We’re now starting conversations with experienced and ambitious Head Chefs who may be looking for a new opportunity later this year.
This is a chance to help shape a project from the beginning:
— Building menus and kitchen culture
— Working closely with the founders on the creative direction
— Developing a team and way of working
— Creating a restaurant with real identity, atmosphere and ambition
We’re looking for someone who:
— Cares deeply about food, produce and hospitality
— Leads with warmth, standards and calmness
— Understands both creativity and consistency
— Has an understanding of the financial side of running a successful kitchen — including GP, labour, systems and operational control
— Wants to build something meaningful and long-term
— Loves restaurants, wine, music and the energy of service
Experience matters, but attitude, curiosity, generosity and ambition matter more.
