As Assistant General Manager, you’ll be right at the heart of this – working closely with the General Manager to keep everything moving smoothly across the house. You’ll spend much of your time on the floor, hosting, supporting the team, and helping to shape that relaxed, welcoming feel, where great food, good wine, and genuine service come together naturally.
